Plasarea unei comenzi ferme

Comanda fermă se face în scris prin formularul de contact sau direct prin email. Pentru înregistrarea unei comenzi este nevoie de numele și vârsta copilașului, un nume, o adresă de livrare și un număr de telefon. Plasarea unei comenzi echivalează cu acordul dvs pentru prelucrarea datelor cerute. BabyBooks nu transmite datele personale mai departe, cu excepția firmei de curierat în cazul livrărilor prin curier. Pe teritoriul României transportul se face de obicei cu Fan Curier, costul expediției variază între 15-25 lei în funcție de destinație și metoda de plată. Pentru orice alte întrebări, trimiteți un mesaj și vom răspunde în maximum 24 h.

Placing an order

The order should be placed in writing, through the contact form or through the email. Please mention the name and age of the baby, your name & delivery address and phone number if you prefer delivery by fast courier. For delivery abroad however, we generally use regular Post with tracking number (7-10 working days in Europe, 10-15 working days in the U.S. & Canada). The cost of delivery varies with the actual order and destination but will be communicated beforehand. By placing an order you agree to the GDPR policies (BabyBooks will not forward your personal details to a third party with the exception of the courier company in case of courier delivery. We do not run mailing lists or subscriptions). For any further enquiries please leave a message and we will get back to you in max 24 h.
